Refund Policy

If StreamNotch isn’t right for you, you can get your money back. There’s no free trial, so this is how you try it without risk.

Refund window

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason. You don’t need to explain why.

How to ask

• Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order ID, or
• request it from your order in the Polar customer portal.

What happens next

• We approve refunds within the window and process them within 7 days.
• Polar, our merchant of record, returns the money to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
• Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued, and StreamNotch locks again at its next license check.

After the window

After 14 days we may still refund duplicate purchases, or if StreamNotch doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it. Just email us.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and doesn’t limit, any statutory withdrawal or refund rights you have as a consumer, including under EU and Romanian consumer law.
